The Landing, eight steps
First the map, then the climb
There is a moment everyone knows. In the evening the picture is still there: the life you truly want. Morning comes with its calendar, its deadlines, its “someday”, and the picture drifts back into the clouds. Nothing is wrong with your dream. The bridge was missing.
On this ladder, you do not climb up to your dream. You take the steps within, and with every step of yours, your dream descends, until it lands.
The Landing, eight steps, is not a theory but a ladder: eight moves between your vision and your everyday life, a path you can walk again for every dream you have. It was inspired by the eightfold path of yoga, yet it asks for no belief. Every step is experience: you do it, and you watch what happens. And wherever the depth might sound too airy, science grounds it: real, verifiable research in plain language.

Common questions
FAQ
Is this manifestation?
No. It is not manifestation and not a rulebook, but a bridge: eight moves between your vision and your weekly calendar. A method of action: every step lands in the everyday, in a morning decision, in a weekly rhythm.
Do I need yoga or spirituality for it?
It asks for no belief. The method was inspired by the eightfold path of yoga, but every step is experience: you do it, and you watch what happens. If you do not trust the yogis, trust the measurements: they arrive at the same place.
How much time does one step take?
Each step comes with a short, quiet practice you can build into your day the very same day. It does not ask for a new life. It asks for ten minutes.
Do the steps have to be taken in order?
The book gives you the full map first, then we climb step by step. The steps build on each other, yet each chapter can be read on its own: every one gives you the context you need.
What happens after the eighth step?
The eight loops back: Gratitude leads into Stillness, towards a new dream. The eight steps are not an exam you pass. They are a ladder you will climb again for the rest of your life.
When is the book released?
On 8 December 2026, in Hungarian and in English. Subscribe and you will be the first to know: no noise, no spam.
